|
- Responsible for developing sales through Proper Channel Distribution.
- Responsible for managing, retaining and motivating team to achieve assigned targets.
- Training & Upgrading the knowledge and skills of Distributor on new models
- Responsible for identifying new opportunities with the existing Customers and achieve higher revenues.
- Responsible for expansion & profitability of business in the designated zone .
- Monitor the performance of distributors, preferred retailers & take corrective actions.
- Ensure target achievement through Distributors.
- Tracking and analyzing competition including trade schemes, promotions, advertising.
- Proper and Effective Education and Communication of schemes, Ensure Brand Visibility.

| Key Skill: 5 -7 years of exp in channel sales, Excellent communication skills both written and Verbal, Highly motivated self-starter capable of driving sales activity in the region, Customer focused and strong interpersonal skills

| Education Background : Graduate (any Specialization), Preferred MBA from a reputed B-School
|

- PLAN THE MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS CALENDAR (ATL+BTL), IN TUNE WITH COMPANY OBJECTIVES
- RESPONSIBLE FOR STRATEGIC INPUTS INTO BRAND/CREATIVE DEVELOPMENT AND EXECUTING COMMUNICATIONS STRATEGIES
- DEVELOP & COMMUNICATE MARKETING BRIEFS AND LIAISE WITH ADVERTISING, PR AND EVENT MANAGEMENT FOR ACTIVATIONS, COMMUNICATION DESIGNS
- CO-ORDINATE WITH THE AD AGENCIES FOR TIMELY AND EFFECTIVE DELIVERY ON ADVERTISING, PROMOTIONS, MEDIA / COMMUNITY RELATION
